I took time to educate myself During Mental Health Awareness Week.
For sure, we all have such busy lives, and the Virus has made it a little tricky.
I have days now where I turn my phone off and say to myself, "to care means... to care for yourself too!
The experts told me there are 5 pillars that are key to improving our mental health.

Connect with self and others
Keep learning – learn something new and of interest – be curious
Notice/Be Mindful – environment, thoughts, beliefs, values, others, our bodies etc
Give – offer kindness, time, a gesture, a gift
Be Active – walk, exercise, move your body
