1.ENQUIRES QUOTES AND BOOKING FORMS

1.2 On receipt of an enquiry, a free quote will be issued by email. Should you wish to go ahead, the quote will become the booking form. 

 

2.CORRECT BOOKING DETAILS AND CHANGES 

2.1 It is the client's responsibility to provide the correct address/postcode and notify any errors that a satnav may pick up.

2.2 EstherMarie cannot be held responsible for travel delays that incorrect details may cause. 

2.3 Within reason, details can be changed but must be agreed with EstherMarie by email.

2.4 Changes of venue and total guests may result in extra charges if different to the confirmed details on the booking form 

2.5 The minimum details required on a booking form are; Lead full name / email/ mobile/ Type of event/ Date of event / Time of event / number of clients / full postal address.

 

3.PRE AND AFTERCARE ADVICE 

3.1 Information is available to all clients and is on their booking form.

4.BOOKING FEE AND SECURING YOUR DATE

4.1 Without payment of a booking fee, the date will continue to be offered for availability. 

4.2 Any booking fees will be deducted from the final balance and cannot be used to pay trials or products. 

4.3 Having a trial does not secure the date. 

4.4 Payment to be made via the online link. the invoice number will be your confirmation.

5.PAYMENT METHODS FOR SERVICES AND PRODUCTS 

5.1 Cheque payable to Esther Woolley Eden House Ellastone, Ashbourne, Derbyshire, DE6 2HF. 

5.2 Bank Transfer to Esther Woolley, Nationwide Bank - Account 38797410 - Sort 07 01 16. 

5.3 Cash must be given in person,

5.6 WEDDING DAY Full & Final Payments are required to clear five days before the day of the event. (Cash may be given on the day before starting the service and agreed in advance)

5.7 Full payment for LASH BROW or FACIAL TREATMENTS can be paid on the day

 

6.GENERAL ON THE DAY - SET UP - TIME ALLOCATION 

6.1 Arrive at your allotted time and be aware that there may not be a waiting area.

6.2 Allotted time is based on appointment type; extra time will be charged if it is possible to extend your allotted time.

6.3 Natural daylight is essential for on-location services. Incorrect light will affect the results and may add a delay or stop the treatment.

6.4 Client treatment form giving consent for treatment will need to be completed pre-appointment.

6.5 Under 13 year will require a parental consent form signed and to stay in the room.

6.6 Allergies need to be informed in advance/at the consultation stage. EstherMarie may refuse to go ahead with the treatment should any contraindications cause any concern.

6.7 Makeup is requested to be worn when attending appointments for MAKEUP LESSONS, WORKSHOPS, TRIALS, PARTIES, INCLUDING ONLINE so EstherMarie can see how you usually wear your makeup 

6.8 Makeup is to be removed before appointments for WEDDING DAY or LASH BROW FACIAL TREATMENTS. 

6.9 Please remember to bring your solution to remove your contact lenses.

6.10 Please be respectful of neighbours, do no block access, and keep noise to a minimum.

 

7.CANCELLATIONS BY THE CLIENT

7.1 MAKEUP LESSONS, WORKSHOPS, TRIALS, PARTIES, TALKS INCLUDING ONLINE 4 wks notice full refund, 2 wks 50%, less than two weeks no refund. 

7.2 WEDDING DAY 16 wks notice full refund, less than 16 wks no refund. 

 

8.CANCELLATIONS BY ESTHERMARIE

8.1 In the unlikely event EstherMarie has to cancel, a full refund will be returned, including the booking fee. 

8.2 I will endeavour to find another artist for you to decide to use.

8.3 If I cannot find anyone available, then the full extent of my liabilities' would be to give you a full refund.

8.4 EstherMarie reserves the right to cancel your booking and cannot be held responsible for delays or events beyond EstherMarie's control. All money for that event will be refunded as a gesture of goodwill. (excluding products, trials and booking fees)

 

9.ON LOCATION TRAVEL COSTS 

9.1 WEDDING DAY costs are included up to 20 miles from Ashbourne DE62HF, after that @45p per mile.

9.2 MAKEUP LESSONS, WORKSHOPS, TRIALS, PARTIES, TALKS cost from Ashbourne DE62HF @45p per mile.

 

10.ON LOCATION OUT OF STUDIO CHARGE 

10.1 £20 will be added to the service costs.

10.2 WEDDINGS on-location charge is included.

 

11.HEALTH AND SAFETY 

11.1 For their own safety, ensure that pets and children are not around the makeup area, so they don't come to harm with sharp objects; also, they could be a trip hazard or a distraction.

11.2 Please do not use your mobile phone during the treatment.

 

12.PHOTOGRAPHY & IMAGE COPYRIGHT 

12.1 Photo's will be taken during trials and makeup applications by EstherMarie as they help with the recording of details. They are helpful for you to see from a different angle. 

12.2 For marketing, EstherMarie may share watermarked photos of your look as they help future clients. 

12.3 Please let EstherMarie know in advance if you do not want pictures taken and for your images to be used for marketing.

12.4 Visual and audio recordings of appointments are not permitted, including in-person and by video link. 

12.5 Should you wish to have a copy of any photographs, video or audio recording, there will be an admin charge. 

12.6 EstherMarie reserves the right to not pass on any photographs, video or audio recording.

 

13.RIGHT TO REFUSE 

13.1 If on trying to deliver the service booked, EstherMarie feels that the client is not allowing them to deliver. The service requested may be terminated with no refund.

13.2 At any point in time, EstherMarie reserves the right to terminate the services should there be a situation deemed, at EstherMarie's discretion, to constitute threatening or uncomfortable behaviour and/or harassment with no fees returned. 

13.3 EstherMarie reserves the right to cancel service if it is felt that the client has booked for the ulterior motives of gaining confidential information, to make commercial gain without the prior consent of EstherMarie. No fees will be returned and may result in legal action.

 

14.PRODUCTS

14.2 Consent of application of products will be using the pre-treatment Client Treatment Form.

15.RAFFLE PRIZES AND VOUCHERS

15.1 Raffle prizes for services are to be used at the EstherMarie Studio Eden House Ellaston Ashbourne DE62HF

 

16.UNEXPECTED INTERNET CONNECTION / ONLINE SERVICES

16.1 When there is an interruption of the internet during online appointments, three attempts will be made to re-establish the connection. 

16.2 Should this fail; then the appointment will be rebooked following off where it was interrupted.

16.3 If it is not possible to rebook, then a recording of the event will be done and issued to all clients booked at that appointment.
